We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starting Customer Success Coordinator to be located in our Mississauga, Canada office.

WHO YOU ARE

- You are experienced in the Customer Service field and with the sales/order process.
- You have previous customer support knowledge.




- You are someone with a customer first mindset and are willing to help fulfill customer requirements.
- You are a people person with the ability to interface and collaborate effectively with internal and external customers.
- You can work independently in a small satellite office while adhering to corporate policies and procedures.
- You can structure and apply basic organizational skills to manage your daily activities.
- You are confident and have valuable communication skills.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- You will be responsible for providing lead-time, price, availability, order processing and order acknowledgement information for our encoder product portfolio.
- Act as first point of contact for potential, new and existing customers
- Enter sales orders in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining accuracy of the data entry.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers via phone and/or email
- Support the Sales team by providing price and delivery information, researching order statuses and resolving open order issues.
- Collaborates with other departments in the organization to help resolve order management issues.
