- vacation What You’ll Do:
- Lead plant-wide continuous improvement strategies and initiatives
- Oversee accurate and timely reporting of key manufacturing data
- Manage plant data systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
- Lead cross-functional teams in structured problem solving and Lean projects
- Implement and sustain 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Standard Work, and other Lean tools
- Ensure SOP integration and process discipline for all improvement activities
- Optimize MES and SAP use to support efficient and accurate operations
- Mentor staff at all levels in CI tools and techniques




- Support performance monitoring, cost reduction, and KPI tracking What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field
- 5+ years of leadership experience in operations or manufacturing
- Strong background in Lean, CI tools, and cross-functional team leadership
- Hands-on experience with MES, MRP, ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Ability to lead in a rapid-paced, 24/7 production environment
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and data analysis skills Nice to Have:
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
