About the Role
As Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead the Tottenham A&W; team. You’ll make the day-to-day calls for your restaurant and be responsible for its guest experience, operating standards, financial results, and team development. You’ll report to the Area Manager. Shift Supervisors, and crew will report to you.

What You’ll Do

- Lead your team: Hire, train, and develop a strong team, and keep the workplace protected, healthy, and motivating, with clear communication and fair people practices.
- Deliver great guest service: Uphold A&W; service standards and build strong relationships with employees, guests, and neighbouring businesses.
- Own the numbers: Set and hit your annual profit plan, manage variable costs and fixed assets, and follow strict cash handling and deposit procedures.
- Run great operations: Balance food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and profit, and put new best practices into action.
- Drive sales:



Execute national promotions and grow your share of the food court.
- Keep things accurate: Manage restaurant administration, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Work with others: Partner with your Area Manager on yearly performance goals, and work with Payroll, Accounting, and outside contacts such as health and safety, fire, and labour authorities.

What You Bring

- Experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused restaurant or retail business
- Willingness to learn if you have not had Manager experience - we are GREAT at training strong business leaders!
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort leading change
- A valid driver’s licence and regular access to a vehicle (required)
