Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Advisor is responsible for scheduling service repair work and following the progress of repairs throughout the shift. This position is a full time night shift, working either from 2:00 pm to 12:30 am, 4 days a week or Monday to Friday from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm at our Sudbury, ON dealership.





Responsibilites

- Ensure compliance of all Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) regulations, as well as the Company's Health and Safety Policy.
- Scheduling service appointments.
- Provides customers with complete and accurate written cost estimates, establish the time require to complete work.
- Prepares orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required.
- Obtain customer signature on repair orders.
