The Prospect

We are looking for a hands‑on, detail‑oriented Senior Financial Analyst who can balance day‑to‑day accounting responsibilities with process improvement and business partnership. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, leading a team, solving problems, and providing accurate financial information to support business decisions.





The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with the VP of Finance and cross‑functional teams to ensure financial accuracy, strong internal controls, effective processes, and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounting and Finance function.
- Lead the monthly and year‑end close process, including reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, supporting schedules, and closing Sage for the reporting period.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
