We are currently accepting applications for an experienced Bookkeeper or Junior Accountant at Absolute Industrial Mechanical Ltd., in Mission, BC.

Requirements:

- Construction experience required
- Experience with Sage Accounting software and Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- University/college education or related experience

Responsibilities:

- Full cycle accounting, including monthly financial statements, using Sage Accounting software
- Project costing
- Payroll and associated remittances
- WCB, GST and PST returns
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Monthly contract progress claims/holdbacks/stat decs
- Maintain company benefit plan
- Reconciliations of credit cards, intercompany accounts and
