What You'll Be Doing

As a member of the administration team at the Northgate facility, you will be responsible for providing administrative and grain logistics support across the site. The goal of this position is to ensure efficient operation of the office while providing exceptional customer service. You will work to create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and productive workplace.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
- Welcome visitors and follow sign-in process.
- Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls.
- Process daily paperwork for supply chain services business.
- Complete month end reporting and invoice process.
- Perform administrative duties such as sorting mail, filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
- Monitor supply levels and order new stock when needed.
- Maintain records and databases, and perform data entry as needed.
