Xylem is hiring a Sales Manager for their commercial treatment business in Canada The Sales Manager is a senior-level position responsible for leading complex sales projects and initiatives in the water industry. This role involves identifying and pursuing high-value sales opportunities, conducting advanced sales presentations, and developing strategies to improve sales performance. The Sales Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.



Additionally, this role involves mentoring and training junior sales staff and providing technical expertise to support continuous improvement efforts. This position covers all of Canada, and the ideal candidate will be based in Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling into municipal wastewater and drinking water facilities across the region. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred, but not required.

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities across Canada, with a focus on municipal wastewater and drinking water projects, working with 3rd party representatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
