About the Role

We’re supporting TRIP Contracting—a specialized General Contractor focused exclusively on national hotel renovation programs—on the search for a Senior Project Manager capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, leading both pre‑construction and field execution from end to end.
This is a rapid‑paced, operationally complex role that requires someone who canhit the ground runningin active hotels and lead bothpre‑construction and field executionfrom start to finish.
What You’ll LeadOversee3 concurrent hotel renovation projects(guestrooms, corridors, lobbies, amenities, BOH areas)Manage fullpre‑construction and estimating , including scope breakdowns, trade packages, takeoffs, budgets, and buyoutBuild and maintain detailedphasing and sequencing plansaligned with room blocks, shutdown windows, quiet hours, and brand expectationsLead kickoff, milestone reviews, and turnovers — includingbi‑weekly national travelto active sitesWork closely with site supers, trades, designers, and hotel GMs/engineering teamsDrive tight schedules, rapid turnovers, and consistent delivery across a high‑volume annual programEnsure brand‑package compliance, quality execution, and operational coordination in guest‑occupied environmentsWho Thrives Here

Highly organized, schedule‑driven, and excellent at structured communicationRequired Experience
Applicants must haveallof the following:Experience workingGC‑sideon interior renovation projectsStrongestimating ownership– trade‑by‑trade scopes, budgets, and buyoutsDemonstrated success inoccupied or operational renovations(hotels, senior living, hospitals, student residences, etc.)Ability to managemultiple projects at oncein a fast‑paced environmentExperience withdetailed sequencing and phasingNice to HaveExperience with Hilton, Marriott, Choice or other brand packages (PIPs, design standards, brand reps)Multi‑property or multi‑site renovation programsStrong MEP awareness for operational hotels (shutdowns, tie‑ins, life safety)
