What You’ll Be Doing:

You will be a welcomed member of the Long Term Care team at Name Community , working in a fast-paced environment where you will make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives. As a Resident & Family Experience Coordinator , you’ll be the main point of contact for residents & families at the Community. You will build relationships with residents and their loved ones by coordinating care and services that enrich their daily health and well - being. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the Community, where the focus is always on cultivating happiness in daily life.
