What You’ll Step Into

This role is hands-on, quick-moving, and varied. You’ll support multiple clients and gain exposure across bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax, building a well-rounded foundation from day one.

You’ll be:

- Owning day-to-day bookkeeping across a portfolio of clients using QuickBooks and Excel
- Processing payments (EFTs, wires, ACH) and managing accounts payable workflows
- Reconciling
