As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and friendly Client Care Coordinator who can support the day-to-day operations and help create a smooth and welcoming experience for both clients and clinicians.

This is a remote part-time role. While most tasks can be completed remotely, you must be based in Toronto and available to come meet with Semona when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client bookings, scheduling, and cancellations through Jane App

Respond to emails, inquiries, and phone calls in a timely and skilled manner

Support clients with forms and general onboarding
