RED Mountain Resort is now hiring Rental Technicians for the 2026/27 Winter Season This position is responsible for outfitting guests with rental equipment appropriate for their skier/boarder type and skill level, with a mandate to provide as safe a guest experience as possible and create a fun and positive environment.

MAJOR RESPONSBILITIES

- Efficiently guide customer through rental process
- Ensure rental agreements are completely filled out (to satisfy legal requirements)
- Create a professional, positive impression for the beginner and seasoned guest alike
- Maintain an orderly, safe and fun setting
- Be knowledgeable about all Red Sports rental equipment and its proper use
- Ensure guest understands how to operate bindings
- Answer guests’ questions and concerns

Equipment Set-up

- Provide guest with appropriate equipment based on guest’s statistics
- Accurately adjust bindings according to industry standard (must have binding certification)

Processing School Groups

- Preset skis for large groups before arrival
