Dental Administrator (Concierge)

Locations: KWC Region – Placement at 1 of our 3 locations (Kitchener, Waterloo, or Cambridge)

Compensation : $20.00 – $28.00 / hour (commensurate with experience)

We are expanding across the region and seeking a welcoming, detail-oriented Dental Administrator (Concierge) to join our front-of-house team. You will have the opportunity to be placed at one of our three modern clinics across Kitchener, Waterloo, or Cambridge . As the face and voice of our practice, you’ll set the tone for every patient experience from the moment they walk through our doors or contact our clinic.

Position Type:



Full time & Part-Time opportunities available

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage (commensurate with experience)

Schedule: Flexible availability required for Days, Evenings, and Weekends (Clinics operate 7 days a week with extended evening hours)

Location: Dedicated placement at one clinic location within the KWC region (Kitchener, Waterloo, or Cambridge)

What You’ll Be Doing

Patient Hospitality & Check-In: Welcome patients warmly, manage daily check-ins/check-outs, and maintain a clean, vibrant reception environment.

Scheduling & Appointment Management: Manage patient scheduling, optimize daily clinic flow, coordinate recall lists, and handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.

Billing & Financial Processing: Process payments, submit electronic insurance claims, explain
