Responsibilities
In the role of Hospitality Manager (HM) you are responsible for ensuring a well-maintained community with excellent service to our residents. You have a complete understanding of how key hospitality services are to residents. You direct the dining room and housekeeping teams and set the tone for making mealtimes unique and memorable and ensure that residents are delighted with their housekeeping services.
- Hire, orient, schedule, train, coach, and counsel dining room waitstaff and housekeeping staff.
- Lead Sales while Manager on Duty each week, including but not limited to responding to telephone inquiries, conduct and follow up on walk-in and scheduled tours with prospective residents or interested parties, and complete lease signing.
- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and in a welcoming and friendly manner and
