About the Role

The Health Care Aide (HCA)



reports to the Director of Care and/or designate and provides person served holistic and quality care. The HCA at our communities is an integral member of the team, performing their role in accordance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining the rights of residents and ensuring they are treated with respect and dignity.
