We are actively hiring an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our accounting team.
Job Duties:
- Prepare and process accounts payable invoices, cheques, EFT and wire transfers
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date, taking advantage of vendor terms, where appropriate
- Correspond with vendors, respond to inquiries and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Sort and file all paid invoices and other documents, as needed
