The challenges that await you

Under the authority of the division head, you will work as a certified evaluator in one and/or the other of the practice fields of your profession, as defined by the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec.

To this end, you will carry out any evaluation or assessment expertise mandate, negotiate any evaluation file with the taxpayer or their representative, draft any evaluation report, justification, studies,



standards, procedures, project specifications, and simulation tests, and act as an expert witness in court.

If necessary, you will verify and control the data helpful for defining your mandate, participate in multidisciplinary advisory committees, advise and/or train staff within the scope of your duties.

More specifically, you:

- Will identify and analyze the impact of any government and municipal laws or regulations, public services, utilities, and taxation;
- Will analyze real estate transactions, determine market variation rates for any neighborhood unit, taking into
