Integrity Medical & Wellness is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. You will be a part of a well-established and progressive clinic known for high-quality integrative primary care. The clinic has strong patient loyalty, particularly among older adults, and consistent referrals to support full time or part-time practice models. This role is ideal for a physician who enjoys working in a team-based environment and is willing to collaborate with nurse practitioners and other allied health professionals.

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to diagnose health conditions and provide chronic disease management
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication administration and pain management strategies.
- Document patient encounters accurately using Accuro
- Offer patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Coordinate with specialists or other health providers for comprehensive patient management




- Consult with NPs to support shared patient care and clinical leadership

Requirements :

- Medical degree from an accredited institution with active licensure as a Family Medicine Physician in Alberta
- Experience working with nurse practitioners
- Willing to work onsite as well as remote telehealth
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with medical best practices

Compensation :75% of billings to provider (approx. $250,000-$450,000 annually) with a 25% overhead to the clinic. Full admin support provided and EMR fees included

Pay: $288,991.95-$448,003.46 per year
