About TDK Doors

TDK Doors is a growing industrial door manufacturer based in Canada, specializing in high-performance commercial and industrial door systems. We are expanding our team and looking for a detail-oriented and technically minded Inside Sales Representative to support quoting, cost evaluation, and customer service.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for someone who understands manufacturing environments and enjoys combining sales, technical knowledge, and cost analysis.

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for preparing quotations, evaluating production costs, answering customer inquiries, and supporting technical communication.

During the initial training period, this position requires approximately 2 hours per day on the production floor to gain hands-on familiarity with our products and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate quotations based on drawings, specifications, and customer requirements
- Evaluate material, labor, and production costs for pricing decisions
- Provide technical explanations and product guidance to clients
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams
- Assist with order entry and CRM updates
- Participate in daily production exposure (first stage training period)





Qualifications :

- Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, or construction-related industries preferred
- Strong understanding of cost structure (materials, labor, overhead)
- Ability to read technical drawings is an asset
- Strong communication skills (English required)
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable working between office and production environments
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Odoo preferred but not required)
