Overview

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using Micros POS or similar systems
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change efficiently
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods
- Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels at the counter
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally

Skills

- Experience in food preparation and food service operations
- Proficiency with POS systems,



especially Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong cashiering skills including cash handling and basic math abilities
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a quick-paced environment with good time management skills
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of upselling techniques to promote menu items effectively
- Kitchen experience or restaurant background is a plus for understanding workflow and hygiene standards

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$15.35 per hour
