*This is a hybrid office environment, where we meet 3 days a week in either the Vancouver or Toronto office.* Key Responsibilities - Receive and respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers. - Develop a deep understanding of the customer, including goals, organization structure, decision-making processes, and pain points. - Identify customer needs and establish value by presenting how Sage 50 could be a possible solution. - Qualify all sales leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria definitions. Qualifications: - Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken. - Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and listening. - preferred, 1 year’s experience in B2B sales, value-based solution sales, telemarketing, outbound sales, account management, or business development in the high-tech or SaaS industry. - Experience in MS Office Suite, Word and Excel, MS Outlook, and CRM tools like Salesforce. - Proven track record of success in a high-volume/transactional sales setting, hitting quota. The compensation will be determined by location, level, job-related knowledge,



education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role. In those locations, the target salary range for new hires for this role is C$44,400 to C$74,000, with commissions.
