Total Home Windows and Doors is a leading provider of high-quality window and door installation services in the Greater Toronto Area. As our company grows, we seek a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our sales success.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with custom builders and renovators, and directly engage with homeowners to guide them in choosing the right products for their home.
- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients to assess their needs, present product options, and provide accurate pricing quotes.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability. Close sales and manage customer contracts through to installation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work closely with the installation and office teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to installation, providing clients with a seamless experience.

Qualifications :





- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales within the windows and doors installation industry.
- A valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle are required for regular travel to client sites.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism.

Compensation and Schedule :

- This role is fully commission-based, with no base salary. Your earnings are tied directly to your sales performance, offering unlimited potential.
- We supply a steady stream of qualified leads. Your focus will be on closing sales, not on finding clients.
- Work 20-40 hours per week, on your schedule.
