What You'll Be Doing :

- Start each day at our SE Calgary office and head out on routes with your team

- Arrive at customer locations and deliver a professional, friendly first impression :

- Assess the job and provide customers with an on-the-spot price estimate :

- Confidently explain pricing, answer questions, and overcome objections to close the sale :

- Safely remove junk from homes and businesses

- Load, transport, recycle, donate, or dispose of items responsibly

- Represent the brand with energy, integrity, and a winning attitude

This Role Is Perfect for You If You :

What We're Looking For:

- 19+ years old (insurance requirement)

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)

- Strong customer service or people skills (sales experience is a big plus!)

- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly :

- Positive, competitive, and coachable mindset

- Reliable, professional, and motivated to grow

- No previous junk removal experience required — we train you!_
