Personal Training Sales Manager - Join Our Fitness Leadership Team

Location : Edmonton 12410 167th Ave Schedule : Full-time | Monday-Friday + Half Day Saturday (5.5 Days/Week) Compensation : Hourly + Commission + Overtime Pay

Are you passionate about fitness and driven by sales? We’re looking for a Personal Training Sales Manager to lead our team, drive revenue, and help clients achieve their goals through personalized training programs.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead and manage the personal training sales process across multiple locations.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of personal trainers to meet performance targets.
- Build strong relationships with members to understand their fitness needs and match them with the right training solutions.
- Track and report sales metrics, ensuring consistent growth and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with club management to optimize scheduling, staffing, and service delivery.

What You’ll Earn:

- Hourly wage for consistent income.
- Commission on personal training sales - the more you sell, the more you earn.




- Overtime pay for hours worked beyond 44 hours.

Your Schedule:

- Monday to Friday : Full days
- Saturday : Half day
- Total :5.5 days/week

Pay: $2,500.00-$6,000.00 per month
