Main duties :

- Open and prepare files related to vehicle transactions.
- Organize and plan exchanges between dealers in collaboration with sales management.
- Record vehicle sales and purchases in the computer system.
- Produce various reports on sales, inventory, orders, and management.
- Place orders with vehicle suppliers.
- Forward the required information to accounting for the purpose of invoicing vehicle transactions.
- Assist sales management with the registration of new and/or used cars.
- Prepare the documents required for the registration of demonstration cars.

- Excellent command of computer tools and management systems;
