Responsibilities :

- Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies, including sales quotas, budgets, and forecasts to maximize gross margin and market share
- Collaborate with Marketing to align sales plans, budgeting, and long-term strategic business plans
- Manage inventory mix, including new and used inventory turn and aging
- Manage, train, and develop all sales personnel and support staff, building a motivated and successful workforce
- Participate in the recruiting, hiring, and training of sales staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels
- Manage scheduled sales meetings
- Conduct ongoing employee performance reviews and document annual evaluations to support employee development and accountability
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key customers, retail and wholesale partners, and internal teams (Parts and Service) to drive growth and customer satisfaction
- Participate in developing & implementing processes to gather continuous feedback and ensure excellence in customer service

Requirements :





- Minimum of 3 years of Sales Management experience :
