At Smith's RV Centre, we help Northern Ontario families make memories on the water and at the campground.

From fishing trips on Lake Nipigon to weekends around the campfire, our customers are passionate about the RV and marine lifestyle — and we’re looking for someone who shares that enthusiasm.

We are currently hiring a full-time Parts Consultant to join our growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, staying organized, and working in a positive team setting. Whether helping a customer find the right trailer accessory, boat part, camping upgrade, or maintenance item, you’ll play an important role in helping our customers enjoy their time outdoors.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting the right parts and accessories for their RVs and boats
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and recommend accurate solutions
- Follow up with customers regarding orders,



availability, and special requests
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Suggest additional products and accessories that improve the customer experience
- Maintain organized, clean, and attractive merchandise displays by restocking the floor
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
- Assist with inventory counts and stock control
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, recalls, safety information, and new accessories

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Retail, parts, automotive, marine, RV, or powersports experience is considered an asset
- Computer experience and comfort learning new systems
- A passion for camping, boating, fishing, or the outdoor lifestyle is a bonus
