Front-End Staff Member Location : Parksville, BC Wage : $18.50-$21.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Type : Full-time (Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00am-5:00pm)

About the Role : Jett Auction is seeking a Front-End Staff Member to join our customer service team in Parksville. This position supports customers throughout the auction process, manages listings, and assists with payment processing. If you’re tech-savvy, organized, and enjoy working with people, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Provide clear explanations of auction procedures and policies
- Collect and process payments accurately
- Create and maintain auction listings through internal systems
- Ensure listing details are consistent and accurate
- Utilize QuickBooks,



Google Sheets, and Internal auction systems

Qualifications :

- Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with QuickBooks and Google Suite (Sheets, Photos, etc.) is preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
