Duties

- Prepare and assemble sushi dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Serve guest efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Handle all aspects of food preparation, including cutting, rolling, and plating sushi with precision and care
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in accordance with food safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including washing dishes and cleaning kitchen equipment
- Assist with cooking and food preparation tasks to support kithcen iperations
- Serve sushi to customers with professionalism and attention to detail
- Follow all food handling and safety procedures to ensure a safe dining setting
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service, preferably in a restaurant or kitchen setting

- Strong knowledge of sushi-making techniques, serving etiquette, and meal presentation





- Familiarity with food handling regulations and food safety standards within the food industry

- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in preparing various types of sushi rolls and sashimi

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards

- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

- Knowledge of kitchen equipment used in sushi preparation is a plus

- Willingness to learn new skills related to the food industry
