Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the CustomerExperience Supervisor, the Customer Experience Representative performs the following tasks:

- Act as the primary contact, for our three divisions, on products or services and process orders in an efficient and timely manner;
- Respond to customer requests such as return merchandise authorizations, delivery requests, out-of-stock items, pricing irregularities and notify the appropriate
