Night-shift pallet custodians at Gordon Food Service organize warehouse pallets while working independently across cooler, dry, and freezer environments.

This Pallet Custodian position supports orderly warehouse operations during a Monday-to-Friday schedule beginning at 7:00 PM. You will pull, load, clean, and organize pallets throughout aisles, docks, storage stacks, and trailers. The work also includes milk-crate organization, occasional custodial duties, and assisting team members when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pull pallets from aisles and storage stacks
- Load pallet stackers using dock stockers or Hilo Machines
- Clean and organize pallets across aisles and docks
- Sort milk crates into designated areas
- Load pallet trailers throughout the night

Requirements:
- Ability to work in cooler, dry, and freezer environments
- Ability to work independently and assist team members
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Forklift experience is an asset
