Provide exceptional service as a Banking Customer Service Agent at Assiniboine Credit Union. Focus on member transactions and digital banking to elevate client satisfaction in this part-time role.
As a part time on-site agent, you’ll report to the Manager, Member Service and play a key role in supporting members with their banking inquiries. Through attentive service and problem resolution, you’ll help members navigate their financial needs while fostering a sense of community engagement. Building relationships with members is central to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend to members with professionalism and courtesy
• Assist members with all digital banking inquiries
• Process daily transactions including deposits and cashing cheques




• Manage lobby operations and warmly greet incoming members
• Connect members’ needs to the right financial Advisors
Requirements:
• High school diploma required for this position
• 2-3 years’ experience in a banking customer service role
• Proven cash handling experience with accuracy
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Familiarity with credit union procedures is beneficial
