Shape young minds at Oxford Learning Walnut Grove as a part time Interactive Math and Science Tutor. This role focuses on instilling confidence and academic skills in high school students.
In this position, you will directly engage with students in Grades 9-12. The role does not require lesson planning, as all materials are provided. Working hours are in the evenings, from 3 PM to 7 PM, allowing you to assist students effectively while nurturing their passion for learning in subjects such as Physics, Biology, and Advanced Functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct up to three high school students at once
• Follow Oxford Learning's established teaching methodologies
• Document student progress after lessons




• Maintain trustful and positive relationships with students
• Assist with daily student communications and updates
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or related qualification
• Experience with high school math and science tutoring
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with the current curriculum requirements
• Vulnerable sector screening mandatory
