We are hiring for a Full-Time Deli Cold Supervisor with a wage of $21.00 at our location in Hinton, AB. (Hinton Valley location)

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

- Prepare food according to operational standards

- Provide assistance to Deli Department Manager as needed

- Ordering and receiving deli products and inventory

- Ensure Cold Deli Department is properly cleaned and sanitized

- Properly handle and store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures

- Prepare special orders as per customers request

- Team Member training and coaching to achieve operational standards

- Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience

What you Bring:

- Experience as a deli, kitchen, or restaurant supervisor is preferred





- Knowledge of the basic principles of food preparation and food safety regulations is required

- A passion for leading, coaching, and training others while providing an exceptional customer experience

- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks

- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work and thrive in a rapid-paced team-oriented environment

- Comfortable working during peak grocery deli hours (i.e. evenings, daytime, weekends, and holidays)

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
