In the Night Auditor role, you will oversee financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all nightly reports. You’ll also provide guidance to staff in the absence of senior leaders, ensuring that the highest service standards are maintained, while building effective relationships with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Balance hotel revenue against Daily Sales Journal
• Ensure daily report accuracy for Night Audit
• Deliver outstanding guest service during late shifts
• Gather and respond to feedback from guests and staff
• Work closely with Food & Beverage and Accounting departments
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of hospitality industry experience
• Solid attention to detail for various tasks
• Experience with Night Audit reports and cash handling
• Competent in relevant computer applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
