This full-time role offers both afternoon and overnight shifts, with training held virtually and onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer Member calls and texts promptly
• Provide first call resolution for all complaints
• Deliver exceptional Member-centric services

• Escalate issues to appropriate Resolution Centre contacts
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education completion required
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Robust multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings
• Familiarity with Ontario/Manitoba road systems
• High-speed wired internet connection required
