Primaris REIT is seeking a Maintenance Worker at our Recent Sudbury Centre in Sudbury, ON. The role involves daily property inspections, minor repairs, and ensuring safety and curb appeal for tenants and customers.

You will collaborate with contractors, support in coordinating work, and deliver excellent service. A secondary diploma is required with 1 year of experience; HVAC knowledge is a plus. The position includes an hourly wage and a total compensation approach.
