In this position, you will report to the Executive Housekeeper and focus on cleaning and servicing guest rooms. You will play a key role in maintaining the hotel's reputation by providing excellent service and promptly addressing any guest needs or requests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate cleaning procedures for guest rooms
• Arrange beds neatly as per standards
• Replenish essential supplies in rooms
• Facilitate loan requests for guests efficiently
• Conduct rotation cleaning duties when assigned
Requirements:
• Must lift and transport loads under 25 pounds
• Ability to maneuver a loaded cart across uneven surfaces
• Willingness to stand and move throughout shifts
• Availability for weekends and holiday shifts
• Robust focus on achieving guest satisfaction
