In this role, you will integrate into a team that is dedicated to enriching the lives of residents at Aspira Cedar Crossing. Your responsibilities involve supporting meal preparation, providing hospitality-style dining service, and maintaining cleanliness standards in the dining areas. Engage with residents, building strong relationships while promoting a positive dining atmosphere daily.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide hospitality-style dining service using the Ready, Set, Serve Program
• Assist in food preparation and presentation under the Chef's direction




• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards during food service
• Promote wine service sales as outlined in procedures
• Attend emergency preparedness drills and training sessions
Requirements:
• Smart Serve or Serve It Right certification needed
• One year of experience in dining room service
• Secure Food Handling Certification preferred
• Customer service skills for diverse residents
• Clear verbal and written English communication
