Redeemer University is seeking an adjunct instructor for Analytical Chemistry starting January 2027. This role involves teaching the course and engaging students in an in office format.
The position focuses on delivering the lecture portion of a 3-credit course within a Christian liberal arts framework. Candidates must possess either a Master's or PhD in Chemistry or a related field, with a strong commitment to Redeemer’s mission. Preference is given to those with post-secondary teaching experience and a passion for integrating faith into education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver lectures and guide student discussions
• Maintain scheduled office hours for student support
• Prepare lecture materials and assess student performance




• Participate in institutional responsibilities aligned with the course
• Respond to inquiries regarding academic policies and grading
Requirements:
• Master’s degree or PhD in Chemistry or related field
• Proven or potential excellence in undergraduate teaching
• Commitment to Christian values in education
• Previous experience in post-secondary teaching preferred
