Key Responsibilities

- Follow approved recipes, production standards, and use the appropriate equipment to ensure proper food preparation, quality, and presentation.
- Complete production records, track waste, and manage unused portions. Notify the supervisor when supplies are low or there are product shortages.
- Maintain food quality, portion control, and appropriate serving temperatures.
- Keep the work area clean and organized, including all equipment, supplies, and utensils, and ensure cleanliness of display equipment.
- Handle food safely in compliance with all safety regulations during preparation, service, and storage.
- Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before transitioning to other tasks.
- Manage peak production times calmly and efficiently,



ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure food is presented, served, and displayed according to company standards.
- Adhere to proper sanitation and safety practices, following both corporate and OSHA safety guidelines.

Qualifications

- Baking or other food preparation experience is an asset.
- Previous experience in a quick-service restaurant is an asset.
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and cleanliness.
- Previous experience in food service is a plus, but not required.
- Must be able to stand for long periods, lift and carry up to 25 lbs., and perform tasks involving reaching and bending.
