The LCBO is seeking Holiday Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our retail stores across Ontario from November 16 to December 31, 2026. If you enjoy helping customers, this role offers a friendly, action‑oriented start to a memorable holiday season.

Paid online training will build your service skills and bring you closer to wine, beer, cider and spirits knowledge for confident customer support. You will be in office, reporting to the Store Manager.
