Spellbook is seeking a Technical Leader to manage an AI Engineering team dedicated to transforming legal workflows. Focus on quality products and influence team direction through technical acumen. This crucial role involves leading a team in developing cutting-edge AI solutions that make legal processes more efficient. Collaborate closely with product and design teams to shape the technical direction and enhance overall product quality and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Work with teams to identify and solve customer needs
• Gain insights into legal workflows via direct observations
• Set clear technical directions and prioritize impactful tasks
• Ensure the quality and reliability of software outputs
• Prototype and evaluate new software architectures

Requirements:
• 5+ years in software engineering leadership
• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node, AWS
• Experience with coding agents and AI development
• Proven ability to guide product-oriented engineers
