Helps shape standards. Technical Operations & Sales (Inside Role): A highly respected next step for Senior Leads who want to: Mentor and coach both field and office staff. Support project planning and quoting. Help build internal training and systems. It's a role built for leaders who want to grow their impact beyond the field.
