7-10 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Software Engineer specializing in Backend/API development to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ETL processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data load support and a strong background in Spring Boot. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead projects, mentor junior team members, and ensure the quality and efficiency of data integration processes. Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define UAT scenarios.
• Oversee the ETL process, ensuring data integrity and quality during data loads.
• Lead UAT efforts, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in data processing workflows.




• Document technical specifications and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. Mandatory Skills
• Proven experience with Spring Boot framework.
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data integration techniques.
• Experience in backend development and API design.
• Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in software development and data management.
