Yibi Precision is looking for a Technical Project Engineer to coordinate complex precision-component programs from engineering assessment through production launch. This is a technical engineering position focused on product development and manufacturing execution. Responsibilities
• Coordinate technical projects from initial engineering review through production launch.
• Translate product requirements into manufacturing actions.
• Coordinate design, tooling, process, quality and production teams.
• Track engineering risks, validation activities and project milestones.
• Support technical and manufacturability reviews.
• Coordinate engineering changes during development.
• Maintain technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications
• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in technical project management, NPI or product industrialization.
• Understanding of precision manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Solid cross-functional coordination and technical problem-solving skills.
