Join Lineage as an Operations Support team member, working Sunday to Thursday from 11pm to 7am. Play a crucial role in shipping and receiving while delivering exceptional customer service to drivers.

In this key position, you will facilitate the shipping/receiving office operations at Lineage. Your responsibilities include greeting customers, reviewing paperwork, and coordinating with the regional customer service team on scheduling. You will promote a Health & Safety culture while ensuring productive communication among teams to support customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and ensure exceptional service at arrival
- Review and verify paperwork for accuracy and completion
- Communicate temperature requirements and operational updates
- Coordinate loading bay assignments to ensure workflow efficiency
- Assist with audit accuracy and regulatory inspections

Requirements:

- 0-2+ years in customer service, logistics, or warehouse
- University degree or diploma in a related field an asset
- Bilingual in English/French mandatory
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
