Key Accountabilities

1. Business Planning & Performance

- Contribute to annual goals, objectives, and strategic plans for SVGB and the Retail Division, and translate them into monthly targets and staff priorities.
- Monitor trends in the convenience, fuel, and tobacco retail sectors and recommend improvements.
- Track performance against goals; report progress to the Manager, Retail Operations in weekly meetings and via a year-end completion report.

2. Daily Operations & Financial Control

- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing security procedures, cash control, and shift reconciliation.
- Ensure the POS system is kept current with products and pricing, and that daily transactions reconcile accurately.
