Rocky View Schools is seeking a Caretaker I for part-time work (17.5 hrs/week) at Elizabeth Barrett School in Cochrane. Help ensure a clean, secure learning environment for students from grades K-4 by providing detailed cleaning services.
Your primary duty as Caretaker I will focus on maintaining cleanliness and safety in the school facilities under the supervision of the Head Building Operator. This role requires the ability to work independently and perform a variety of cleaning tasks. Daily responsibilities include executing security checks and keeping the premises free from hazards like ice and snow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute diverse cleaning duties with a keen eye for detail
• Keep assigned buildings and their surroundings clean and tidy
• Conduct scheduled security checks to ensure safety
• Maintain walkways and entrances clear from snow and ice

Requirements:
• Relevant cleaning experience and certifications preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
• Demonstrated independence and initiative in task execution
